Green Doctor

Green Doctor offer home visit and telephone services for specialist fuel and energy advice which includes damp, mould and condensation issues as well as tariff comparison/switching, energy bills and debt, meter connection, access to emergency top ups, emergency broken heating, hot water, gas appliances, priority services register sign up for, and energy efficiency advice etc.

Green Doctor also work as part of the Home Plus Leeds project.

Citizens Advice

Citizens Advice Leeds, Citizens Advice Chapeltown and the West Yorkshire Energy Affordability Helpline provide online and telephone information, help and advice about damp, mould, condensation and other energy related issues such as help with bills and tariffs, debt advice, negotiating with creditors, complaints and disputes with Energy Suppliers and the Energy Ombudsman etc.
